As part of our casework, our team members may analyze the impact of a merger on competition, estimate company losses in a dispute due to patent infringement or stolen trade secrets, determine employee fair compensation, or study the effect of market rules and regulations on businesses. Much of our work supports complex litigation, regulatory investigations, and business disputes, where our economists analyze evidence and help explain economic issues to courts, regulators, and decision-makers.
