Our internships are paid and all interns can expect to receive substantive work assignments working on high-impact projects that support One Acre Fund's operations. When joining, interns will participate in an onboarding program and receive training on how to design and execute projects. Over the period of your internship, you will get the opportunity to work with like-minded individuals and receive learning opportunities to build strong foundations for your future career.  About the Role You will provide support to all departments within the Burundi Program in carrying out recruitment activities for all junior-level positions.

You will also handle administrative tasks and support Global Recruitment on a need basis. Responsibilities Direct ownership of 10 - 12 pipelines Manage the recruitment process for all junior-level positions, from the application stage through to the offer stage. Review CVs and conduct phone interviews in French or English. Ensure timely posting of job openings both internally and externally; proactively collaborate with job posting agencies.

Edit and format job descriptions to ensure clarity and consistency. Organize data and manage all communications within the electronic applicant tracking system (Greenhouse). Maintain and regularly update the recruitment tracker (for new and closed positions) to support timely reporting to the hiring commission. Identify and manage small-scale process improvement projects. Collaborate effectively with the Corporate Operations department to coordinate logistics for final interviews and ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Manage the Burundi Recruitment email inbox used for receiving applications for certain junior-level positions: Respond to candidate inquiries. Import candidate files into the electronic applicant tracking system (Greenhouse). Global Recruitment Team support Provide support to the global recruitment team with any additional tasks related to daily recruitment operations, as delegated by the manager.

For this role specifically, you will have: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Must be a Burundian national.
