About the Role We're looking for an Electrical Engineer I to support embedded electronic design across the full product development lifecycle — from concept through production.
You'll work hands-on with hardware and firmware, partnering with global cross-functional teams to bring reliable, high-quality consumer products to market. What You'll Do Design and develop consumer electronic products from concept through production Develop electrical specifications aligned to product and customer requirements Review and develop schematics, BOMs, PCB layouts, and test plans Build and execute electrical test plans to verify design functionality and performance Support prototype bring-up and hardware verification during development builds Troubleshoot electrical issues through testing, analysis, and root cause investigation Run circuit analysis and simulation to support design and debug Contribute to design reviews, driving improvements in performance and reliability Partner with product development, quality, safety, and compliance teams to meet program objectives Coordinate with global engineering teams to hit hardware milestones Support compliance/certification testing, including EMI/EMC and electrical safety issue resolution Build cost estimates from EBOMs and evaluate feature-to-cost tradeoffs What You'll Bring BS in Electrical Engineering 0–2 years of embedded hardware development experience Foundational circuit design skills: component selection, design, and analysis Exposure to embedded firmware for microcontrollers (design, testing, debugging) and Arduino prototyping Experience with schematic capture, BOM generation, and PCB layout for prototypes Comfort working in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Nice to Have MS in Electrical Engineering Internship or co-op experience in embedded circuit design SPICE simulation experience C programming for embedded firmware Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below.
