We also invest in educators. Teachers receive coaching, collaborative planning, professional development, certification support, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles. Our compensation model recognizes teacher skill, growth, and classroom impact, not simply years of experience. After their first year, eligible teachers may qualify for 5% up to 10% annual salary increases based on their impact in the classroom, without needing additional graduate coursework.  For educators who want to make a meaningful difference while growing their own careers, PHP offers the opportunity to do both.
