This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our Charlotte, NC headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week. This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp. Our product organization transforms clients’ customer acquisition, retention, and operations through AI and ML. We are seeking a Group AI Product Manager to own digital for one of our largest clients. In this role, you will lead a team designing, building, deploying, and scaling AI-native products and agentic workflows that materially improve our client’s economics. You will translate partner objectives, business strategy, and experimentation insights into clear product roadmaps, while working directly with client stakeholders to shape solutions, align on priorities, and guide key product decisions.
We expect this leader to be deeply technical, analytically rigorous, and relentlessly curious. You should bring a strong grasp of data science practices, the ability to find signal in ambiguity, and the judgment to identify where AI can create meaningful value within the broader partner strategy. You are comfortable operating close to the details, solving complex analytical and technical problems, and being hands-on when needed to drive our hardest challenges.
This role will have significant visibility across our client services division. You will work closely with senior leaders across product, technology, and client teams and serve as a credible strategic partner to the client on the products you lead. You will bring strong product judgment, help stakeholders navigate complex decisions, and build confidence in the path from opportunity to measurable business impact.
What You'll Do Identify & drive initiatives: Lead multiple AI product initiatives, ensuring alignment with product leadership, partner objectives, customer needs, and broader RVGT strategy. Develop business cases and assess feasibility, impact, and ROI in partnership with business and client stakeholders Translate vision into action: Turn high-level strategy into actionable workstreams, defining sequencing, resourcing, and execution plans in partnership with product team members and cross-functional leads.
Create clarity and alignment Own outcomes: Own the P&L and business impact of your initiatives, communicating progress, ROI, risks, and opportunities to leadership and client partners, shaping the go-forward for each workstream to ensure it’s positioned to deliver meaningful impact, getting hands-on where necessary to unblock our hardest tasks and hurdles Advance the Operating System: Build and deploy agentic workflows across your workstreams in partnership with our central teams.
