Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.   Role: GTM Program Manager  Location:  Gurugram, India    What you will be doing:   (P0) Project Coordination: Build a new master GTM activation tracker and project management process to manage complex GTM workflows.  Enabling fast and easy way to track key project timelines, milestones and deliverables across multiple workflows, channels and markets.  Manage project timelines to ensure all key deliverables are executed on time and all stakeholders are clear of action items.  Provide key recommendation on project timeline adjustment to navigate through any unforeseen roadblocks to minimise impact of key deliverable target timelines.  Project administrative support: Coordinate across key project meetings: Managing meeting logistics (scheduling, agendas, note summary), maintaining project documentation, and tracking action items.  Follow up with each local market to gather inputs or feedback based on key discussion topics.

Consolidate market inputs.  Project communication: Prepares product status reports to share to key stakeholders. Responsible for flagging any potential risks that need to be addressed.  Help to prepare key project deck and documentation required for sharing project updates to key stakeholders across planning, launch and post launch phase.  Support in preparing key email drafts for stakeholder alignment and updates.  Content localisation process to scale GTM to non english markets: Work with Global or relevant AI tools to generate quality first draft of content translation.  Coordinate with local markets for timely review.  Prepare approved localised content for adaptation to activate across different channels (events, email, website, social)   What you need to be great in this role:   Minimum of 10 years experience in marketing executional roles (preferably with B2C experience).  Have experience working on marketing campaigns across social, email, and online paid media channels.  Experience in managing large complex multi-channel marketing campaigns.  Skill and knowledge on key project management tools to manage complex workflows.  Have some experience working with Google AI tools.

Preferred experience / qualifications:  Advance skill at data visualisation and experience in developing  executive level presentations.  Fluent in multiple languages (any additional APAC language in addition to English would be an advantage).  Have led projects to develop automated process and / or project management automated tools.
