We're looking for compassionate, dedicated therapists who want to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. We provide high-quality virtual mental health services to children, adolescents, and young adults , making care more accessible to families across the state.

If you're passionate about working with youth, value work-life balance, and want to be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team, we'd love to meet you! 🌟 What You'll Do You'll provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week , delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Michigan .

Most clinicians see clients during weekday afternoons and evenings ( 2:00–9:00 PM EST ), with weekend availability welcomed. You create your schedule—we provide the referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing. Your day-to-day includes: 🩺 Conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments 📝 Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans 💻 Providing evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth 🤝 Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators 📋 Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) 👨‍👩‍👧 Supporting families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care 💰 Competitive Compensation + Monthly Bonus Potential We believe clinicians should have the opportunity to earn competitive compensation while maintaining the flexibility of part-time practice.
