Job at a glance
About JazzX AI : Vision: Enterprises operating on institutional intelligence—governed, self-improving, and scalable beyond individual expertise. JazzX AI is defining the future of enterprise work—by building AI-native digital workers that actually get the job done. We believe enterprises don't scale expertise—they lose it. Knowledge stays trapped in individuals, judgment gets applied inconsistently, and the best talent spends time on work that should run itself.
We're changing that. JazzX AI transforms messy enterprise reality into institutional intelligence: governed digital workers that capture expert judgment, make every decision explainable, and continuously improve through real-world execution. The result is faster decisions, higher-quality outcomes, and reliable execution at scale—in domains where getting it wrong isn't an option. We're starting with lending and due-diligence workflows—complex, regulated, high-stakes.
From here, we're building the backbone for enterprise intelligence across industries. This is early-stage, hard, and consequential work. If you want to be part of bringing AI systems to market that actually run in production, handle real complexity, and deliver real outcomes—not demos, not chatbots—JazzX AI is the place. About SAIGroup : SAIGroup a private investment firm that has committed $1B to build and scale next-generation, AI-powered enterprise software companies.
SAIGroup’s portfolio serves 2,000+ global enterprise customers, generates nearly $800M in annual revenue, and employs 4,000+ people worldwide — providing JazzX AI with long-term capital, deep operating expertise, and access to real-world enterprise scale from day one. Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong systems thinking, exceptional interaction and visual design skills, and a passion for simplifying complex product experiences.
This is a systems-level design role focused on shaping how the platform works end-to-end. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to define how complex capabilities—including reusable systems, AI workflows, evaluation frameworks, debugging experiences, and domain intelligence—come together into coherent, scalable, and intuitive workflows. You’ll play a key role in translating product strategy into durable, reusable design systems and experiences, while helping shape the product from early concepts and exploration through execution, launch, and continuous iteration.
This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership in an AI-first, early-stage company, work on complex enterprise problems, and help define how users build, evaluate, understand, and deploy AI-powered systems. Key Responsibilities Platform Experience & Systems Design Own end-to-end UX across major platform capability areas. Define interaction models for complex systems, including AI workflows, orchestration, debugging, and explainability.
Design platform primitives that are intuitive, reusable, composable, and scalable. Balance flexibility, correctness, usability, and system complexity when designing platform experiences. Establish clear and scalable UX patterns across interconnected product areas. Reuse & Workflow Design Define how reusable components and assets are discovered, configured, versioned, and composed. Design intuitive workflows for adapting and customizing reusable assets.
Identify repeated solution patterns and turn them into scalable UX abstractions. Create experiences that make reuse simple while maintaining flexibility and control for technical users. AI Quality, Evaluation & Debugging UX Integrate evaluation capabilities directly into core builder workflows. Design debugging experiences that use comparisons, signals, diffs, and actionable insights rather than relying only on logs.
Clearly surface quality metrics, regressions, system behavior, and other relevant signals. Translate complex AI
