What You'll Get to Do If you thrive on solving complex manufacturing challenges & bridging the gap between design & production, this role offers the chance to make a direct, measurable impact from the shop floor to the sales team. As Product Engineer, you'll be a key technical resource across the organization, processing custom orders, optimizing manufacturing processes, & providing hands-on support to both Manufacturing & Technical Sales teams.
You'll draw on your knowledge of product design, materials, fabrication, tooling, & quality standards to help drive the most efficient, cost-effective, high-quality production possible. Responsibilities: Process & manage custom orders from start to finish Create & prepare job packages & required manufacturing documentation Support day-to-day production line operations Provide technical expertise to Production & PGS (Product Group Sales) teams Investigate & resolve operational problems affecting production Assist with custom quote preparation Support corrective actions, ECNs, & ECRs Partner with NPD Engineers on New Product Development projects What We’re Looking For We're looking for a technically sharp, solutions-oriented engineer who's ready to grow into a subject matter expert for their product group.
