You will assist with maintaining accurate project records, coordinating document submissions and supporting architects with day-to-day project administration. You will be: Supporting architects and designers by organising and maintaining projects and design documentation. Maintaining project documents registers and accurate records for drawings, specifications, reports, correspondence, RFIs and other project information.
Uploading, distributing, tracking and filing drawings and documents using digital document management platforms. Assisting with document naming, revision control, filing standards and ensuring current documentation is in circulation. Preparing document transmittals and supporting the timely distribution of information to internal teams, consultants and clients. Assisting with the preparation and compilation of tender documents.
Coordinating document submissions for planning, building approvals and client milestones. Supporting the secure storage, retrieval and archiving of hard-copy and digital project files. We’re looking for someone who has: Experience in a similar project administration or document control role. Strong organisational and time-management skills. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook, and PDF mark-up tools. The ability to support multiple projects and contribute to timely project delivery. Familiarity with document management systems such as Aconex, Procore, TeamBinder, BIM 360 or SharePoint. Exposure to ISO 9001 or internal quality assurance systems.
