As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the planning, design, and delivery of residential land development projects ranging from single-family subdivisions to large-scale master-planned communities. Job Responsibilities Lead and manage residential land development projects from concept through construction.
Direct a team of Project Managers, Engineers, EITs, and Designers in the preparation of plans, specifications, and construction documents. Oversee the design and development of: Single-family subdivisions Master-planned communities Residential site development projects Paving, grading, drainage, water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, municipalities, utility districts, and project stakeholders.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services and business growth. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, profitability, invoicing, and overall project performance. Provide technical guidance, quality control oversight, and mentorship to engineering staff. Support business development activities, including networking, proposal preparation, client meetings, and market expansion efforts.
Foster a high-performing team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and professional development. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Requirements & Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of Texas. 8+ years of progressive experience in residential land development engineering.
4+ years of project management experience with demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary project teams. Strong experience with: Single-family residential developments Subdivision design Master-planned communities Paving, grading, drainage, water distribution, sanitary sewer, and stormwater systems Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and client expectations. Experience building and maintaining client relationships.
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, and related engineering software. Preferred Experi
