In-Office Expectation: This role is expected to work onsite four days per week, with the potential to increase to five days per week, as required by the business.

Senior Software Engineer – Frontend (UI) The Senior Software Engineer – Frontend is a hands-on individual contributor role for an experienced frontend engineer with strong technical expertise, ownership mindset, and a collaborative approach to building scalable web applications.
This role is responsible for contributing to the development, modernization, and optimization of our frontend platform while actively delivering high-quality production code. As a strong contributor, you will work on complex frontend initiatives, participate in technical design discussions, and help improve the scalability, reliability, performance, and usability of our applications. You will collaborate closely with product, design, backend engineering, and QA teams to deliver impactful, user-centered experiences aligned with business goals.
You will contribute to frontend best practices through code reviews, architecture discussions, testing strategies, and engineering standards. You will also support and mentor junior engineers while continuously growing your own technical expertise within a fast-paced, product-driven engineering environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building modern frontend applications, solving technical challenges, collaborating across teams, and growing toward advanced technical leadership.
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Frontend (UI) to contribute to the evolution of our web applications and support Nextiva’s mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences through a unified, modern platform powered by AI and automation.
