Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain a clean and presentable bar area   Clearly inform guests of the various types , brands, products, characteristics, and prices regarding different liquor s, and m aintain knowledge of in-house wines, spirits, monthly specials, and promotions   Manage bar food orders and ensure b everages are served in the correct glassware using the correct measurement of alcohol   Record all spillage and wastage of stock and properly dispose of item s i n the correct bin Ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol regulations More about you Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience   Cocktail knowledge and making experience is highly desirable    High attention to detail including personal appearance and hygiene    Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling certificate s required Able to work across a 7-day roster including nights, weekends and public holidays The application period will close on 25/0
