At GMIB.ie, a Gallagher company, we're looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our growing team in Killarney. This is an opportunity to work closely with businesses across Ireland, helping them navigate risk, protect their organisations and achieve their goals with confidence. How you'll make an impact As a Commercial Account Executive, you'll be more than an insurance professional. You'll become a trusted adviser to your clients, helping them make informed decisions and providing solutions that support their success.
You'll: Develop lasting relationships with commercial clients and become a trusted point of contact. Understand each client's business, challenges and future plans to provide tailored insurance solutions. Deliver advice and guidance across a range of commercial insurance products. Work with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive terms and positive outcomes for clients. Identify opportunities to support clients with additional products and services as their needs evolve.
Provide an outstanding customer experience that encourages long-term loyalty and trust. Ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements. Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business through collaboration and client advocacy. About you We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering excellent service. You'll bring: APA qualification or working towards APA is beneficial.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-first mindset and the ability to build credibility with clients. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive and solution-focused approach. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and business systems. Experience in sales, customer relationship management, account management or business development would be advantageous.
