We're looking for a Data Privacy & Protection Administrator (DSARs) to join our Data Privacy & Protection team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Position Summary: As a Data Privacy & Protection Administrator, your primary focus will be supporting the management and coordination of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) across the UK business.

You'll work closely with colleagues across multiple functions to help ensure requests are handled accurately, securely, and within regulatory deadlines. Alongside DSAR activities, you'll provide broader support to the Data Privacy & Protection team, contributing to privacy compliance processes and helping to maintain a strong privacy-first culture. You'll play an important role in helping the business meet its data protection obligations while working alongside experienced privacy professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment. What You'll Do: Coordinate and support the end-to-end management of Data Subject Access Requests, ensuring timely and compliant responses. Work with teams including HR, IT, Payroll, and other stakeholders to locate, gather, and review relevant information.

Maintain accurate records, audit trails, and documentation to support privacy compliance activities. Review and redact personal information in line with data protection requirements and internal policies. Support records of processing activities, consent management, data retention, and data deletion processes. Assist with privacy assessments, data mapping activities, vendor risk reviews, and international data transfer assessments.

Contribute to process improvements, privacy awareness initiatives, and wider Data Privacy & Protection projects. Why Choose Martin Brower?
