We are looking for a Data Privacy & Protection Analyst to join our Data Privacy & Protection team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will help support our privacy compliance activities across the UK and Republic of Ireland, contributing to a culture where data protection and responsible information management are embedded into everything we do.

Position Summary: As a Data Privacy Specialist, you will support a range of data protection and privacy compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions.

Working closely with colleagues across the business and the wider Data Privacy & Protection team, you will help maintain compliance processes, support privacy assessments, manage data protection records, and contribute to building a privacy-first culture. What You'll Do: Support day-to-day data protection and privacy compliance activities across the UK & Republic of Ireland. Maintain records of processing activities, data mapping documentation, consent records, and privacy governance processes. Assist with Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), and other risk management activities. Help manage Data Subject Requests, ensuring responses are completed accurately and within regulatory timeframes.

Support vendor risk assessments, data processing agreement reviews, and international data transfer assessments. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to provide guidance on privacy-related matters and promote compliance best practices.
