The Manager, Cyber Risk Consulting leads and grows FM’s Cyber Risk Consulting practice within FM Solutions. This role is responsible for advancing FM’s cyber resilience advisory capabilities, developing and expanding client-facing cyber services, leading a high-performing consulting team, and strengthening FM’s position as a trusted advisor on cyber risks that can affect industrial operations, physical assets, production facilities, and business continuity.
The Manager provides strategic leadership for Cyber Risk Consulting services, including IT and operational technology cyber assessments, cyber resilience advisory services, account-level cyber risk perspectives, and emerging cyber advisory solutions. The role ensures that Cyber Risk Consulting services are practical, technically credible, client-relevant, and aligned with FM’s broader advisory strategy.
The role supports client value, practice growth, service quality, team development, external thought leadership, and ongoing underwriting partnership by translating cyber risk information into clear, actionable cyber resilience guidance. Cyber Risk Consulting Strategy, Practice Growth, and Service Development Own the Cyber Risk Consulting strategy within FM Solutions, including service direction, growth priorities, practice roadmap, team capability needs, and the evolution of current and future cyber resilience advisory offerings.
Lead the continued development and expansion of Cyber Risk Consulting services beyond traditional assessments, including cyber resilience advisory services, account-level cyber risk views, resilience planning, and other client-focused cyber solutions. Identify emerging client needs, market expectations, broker feedback, and internal stakeholder priorities to guide service development and improve the relevance and value of FM’s cyber advisory offerings.
Support business development by helping identify client and broker needs, positioning Cyber Risk Consulting services, and partnering with Client Service Team and broker-facing teams to expand appropriate adoption of FM Solutions cyber resilience offerings. Use data from cyber assessments and advisory engagements to identify trends, improve client insights, guide service development, and support FM Solutions strategy.
Define business needs, user requirements, service priorities, and reporting expectations for Cyber Risk Consulting tools, assessment workflows, data outputs, and client-facing deliverables, while partnering with technology, data, and operations teams responsible for platform development and support. Client, Broker, and Market-Facing Advisory Leadership Serve as a senior external representative and practice ambassador for FM’s Cyber Risk Consulting capability with clients, brokers, industry groups, and other external stakeholders.
Regularly engage with senior client and FM leaders, brokers, account leaders, underwriting leaders, and other key stakeholders to explain emerging cyber risks, position Cyber Risk Consulting services, and align advisory work with client business needs. Help clients understand cyber resilience across IT, operational technology and industrial control systems, with particular focus on cyber events that could result in physical damage, production disruption, or broader business interruption.
