What you'll do As a Lead Product Designer on the Admin team, you will shape the experience for the people responsible for configuring, governing, and managing Docusign across their organizations.
As AI becomes an increasingly important part of the Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management platform, you will help define how administrators configure, understand, govern, and manage AI-powered capabilities with confidence. You will define how these experiences come together into a simple, cohesive Admin experience-making complex enterprise workflows understandable and helping customers confidently configure and manage Docusign at scale.
You will design elegant, customer-focused web applications for millions of Docusign users around the globe. You communicate clearly and succinctly and bring cross-functional teams together around a common vision. You adeptly balance complex business and technical requirements with simple, engaging, user-centered solutions. This is a highly collaborative role working closely with Product Management, Engineering, User Research, Content Design, and the design team.
Because Admin capabilities span the Docusign platform, you will also partner across product areas to create consistent patterns and experiences for administrators. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Experience Design. Responsibility Define the experience direction for Docusign Admin and translate that vision into clear, scalable product experiences Own design strategy and execution for complex Admin workflows, from early concepts through shipped experiences and ongoing improvement Design AI-powered experiences that help administrators configure, govern, monitor, and understand intelligent capabilities across the Docusign platform Apply principles of trust, transparency, explainability, human control, and responsible AI when designing enterprise AI experiences Use AI tools throughout the design process to accelerate exploration, prototyping, synthesis, and iteration while maintaining a high bar for design judgment and craft Simplify complex enterprise administration, configuration, permissions, governance, and management workflows Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.
Access to an office location is required. What you bring Basic BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience 12+ years of experience designing enterprise, consumer, and/or mobile user experiences for large-scale web services Experience designing complex enterprise software, administrative tools, configuration experiences, or platform products 2+ years experience coaching and mentoring junior team members in design and usability 2+ years experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Sketch Portfolio demonstrating product design strategy, interaction design, visual
