Lovelace Medical Group is now hiring a Full-time Hospitalist Nocturnist Physician at Lovelace Medical Center   Lovelace Medical Group is a multispecialty provider group, inclusive of clinics, doctors and advanced practice providers in a broad range of specialties and primary care. Job Summary: Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7 days on / 7 days off (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Expected Hospital Daily Patient Volume:  16-18 Provide clinical care to patients in accordance with regulations, including obtaining patient histories, ordering labs and diagnostic studies, and arranging referrals. No call Uphold excellent bedside manner and create a positive patient experience. Explain medical procedures and plans of care to patients.

Responsible for inpatient care, rounding, admissions, discharges, and consults. Assess patient health by interviewing patients, performing physical examinations, and obtaining, updating, and reviewing medical histories. Smart Technology: See more patients without extending your day. Our providers use Epic EMR  and Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and ensure accurate coding—leading to better work-life balance and revenue.

Attend departmental meetings and professional training sessions as requested. Maintain knowledge of and adhere to applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA. Communicate effectively with physicians and medical staff to coordinate patient care.
