Job Summary: The Operations Supervisor supervises, directs, trains and assists staff in performing applicable support functions as it relates to the particular function assigned. The Operations Supervisor supervises employees and day to day operations ensuring that work performed in his/her functional area is performed to optimum quality standards and provides procedures and retraining to employees as needed.
