The role requires a solid understanding of departmental and hospital policies that guide the delivery of safe and effective nursing care. Strong interpretive skills and sound clinical judgment are essential, as the nurse will engage in frequent interactive, consultative, and collaborative communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. This position plays a key role in supporting a coordinated, professional, and caring environment that promotes optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Practice Facilitate, implement, and evaluate the Patient Plan of Care and corresponding outcomes. Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes and serve as a strong patient advocate. Implement nursing interventions in a timely and appropriate manner. Demonstrate competent clinical and technical skills required for delivering safe, high‑quality patient care.

Apply critical thinking and sound clinical judgment in all aspects of patient assessment and treatment. Assess, analyze, and communicate patient information promptly and accurately. Follow all medication safety policies and standards of practice . Safety & Risk Management Assess patient safety risk factors and identify patients requiring specific interventions related to skin integrity, fall risk, and proper use of restraints.

Promptly initiate interventions to address identified safety needs. Complete required Safety Tracking Tools and documentation in accordance with policy. <p style="
