Position Summary: As a Scheduling Modeller, you'll play an important role in supporting our scheduling and logistics operations through transport modelling, data analysis, and continuous improvement. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll develop and maintain Paragon models, analyse operational data, explore future scenarios, and provide insights that help inform decision-making.

What You'll Do: Develop and maintain transport planning and scheduling models to support operational planning, resource management, network reviews, and future supply chain initiatives. Analyse operational, customer, and scheduling data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and practical recommendations that support informed decision-making.
Create and enhance databases, reporting tools, automation processes, and planning resources that improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility across the Scheduling function. Collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments to support planning projects, operational queries, schedule reviews, and service improvements. Use tools such as SQL, VBA, Excel, and other business systems to streamline processes, validate data, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Produce clear reports, insights, and recommendations that help stakeholders understand performance, capacity requirements, and operational impacts. Support the maintenance of scheduling data, documentation, training materials, and best practice processes to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing. Qualifications Why Choose Martin Brower?
