At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Senior Pensions Administrator to join our team and support a portfolio of occupational pension schemes. This could include DB, DC and Hybrid schemes. You’ll play a key part in making sure member cases are handled accurately, on time, and with care. Draft and review member letters, reports and other correspondence. Manage pensioner payrolls, cashflows, investments, disinvestments and invoices. Handle non-standard member and client queries with care and judgement. Work closely with colleagues and support teams.

Support client meetings and new business pitches when needed. Supervise and train up to two pensions administrators. Help keep work moving by managing your own workload and peer review time well. About You At least 3 years’ experience in DB, DC or Hybrid pensions administration. A CPC qualification, or you’re working towards one. Strong analytical skills and a logical approach to problem-solving. Good attention to detail and accurate data handling.

The ability to use pensions knowledge to check and review cases well. Strong time management and prioritisation skills. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Confidence working as part of a team and giving helpful feedback. Good Microsoft Office skills. You’ll also be someone who is visible, supportive and easy to work with. You care about doing a good job and helping others do the same. Compensation and benefits At Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself.
