Unit Description Delaware North is the concessions and retail partner at Bridgestone Arena dating back to 1996. The multipurpose venue is home to the NHL's Nashville Predators. We manage concession outlets and four clubs, including an exclusive lounge offering an all-inclusive food and beverage experience. Responsibilities Oversee kitchen push times, ensuring all items are labeled and stored properly Assist team members in separating food into categorized carts and ready to be executed Review FOH notes and sticker production with the culinary team during events Ability to communicate and delegate any orders during an event Inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to Qualifications Must be able to work the majority of the event schedule Knowledge of food and wine preferred Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends No college degree required Physical Requirements Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift Ability to lift to 50 pounds
