  Today, organizational programming focuses on humanitarian and disaster response, community strengthening and resilience, and refugee & immigrant services and advocacy. POSITION SUMMARY: World Relief seeks an individual experienced in Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) group programming for especially vulnerable refugees who is passionate about expanding best practices across the network.

The individual must also have experience in implementing PC Gaps locally and conducting internal audits to ensure proper PC documentation. The PC Program Officer for Groups and Gaps Services will serve as a subject matter expert, monitoring offices for compliance within the PC program and supporting training efforts to equip field staff to deliver effective, compassionate, self-sufficiency-oriented services to refugees.

   A successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with the field and within the MHPSS technical assistance team. They must be detail and excellence oriented. They will combine technical expertise in MHPSS group facilitation and gaps program implementation with strong communication and organizational skills to ensure high-quality programming across World Relief’s U.S.

network.   ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Program Officer Specialty Area Responsibilities   Serve as the program expert in using PC funding to support groups and gaps service tracks, ensuring compliance with grant requirements in assessment, service provision, progress tracking, and reporting.   Develop guidance resources for the PC Group Services Track and Gaps Services grant implementation.

  Collaborate with the Director of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support and the Associate Director of Preferred Communities to identify and train on best practices for PC groups and extended cultural orientation workshops and other gap services built out with PC funds to meet local resettlement need.   Maintain a thorough understanding of curricula and formats promoted through MHPSS service line (e.g., First Aid Arts, Amal, Hope Groups).

  Organize and facilitate the Groups Community of Practice and technical assistance training for PC Gaps enrollment and service tracking.       Support a Portfolio of Field Offices   Ensure overall program compliance for an assigned portfolio of field and subrecipient offices through monitoring, consultation, and technical assistance.   Build familiarity and rapport with local staff to strengthen collaboration.

  Provide onboarding support for new managers and PC-funded staff.   Conduct annual PC Site Profile reviews
