As an  Aesthetician , you’re not just providing professional skincare treatments – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience Deliver professional skincare treatments: Provide facial, cosmetic, and hair removal services according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards Maintain a spotless environment: Ensure treatment areas, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards Manage supplies and inventory: Monitor inventory of products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage Stay current on industry trends: Maintain up to date knowledge of skincare techniques, tools, and products to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction Support daily spa operations: Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service Maintain required documentation: Accurately complete any required records related to services, sanitation, and regulatory compliance What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality .
