The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to join the Food and Beverage team! Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets.
This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Food and Beverage and oversee the property’s banquet and outlet operation. You will oversee a team of 19 leaders and 250+ Front-of-House team members.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of multi-outlet leadership experience and be a hands-on, driven leader with a strong presence in the operation. Previous experience managing in a unionized work environment is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will also possess strong beverage knowledge, with prior experience in a Forbes-rated hotel highly preferred. Want to learn more?

As an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage , you’re not just supporting the F&B Director in overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
