Bring your passion for food operations, merchandising, and team leadership to a role where you set the standard for quality, support your associates, and deliver an exceptional food service experience customers can trust and enjoy every day.  Main responsibilities:   Help oversee daily operations of the Food Service Department with a strong focus on customer service, food quality, and department readiness   Create a fast, friendly, customer‑first environment and resolve customer questions, concerns, and special requests   Assist with executing merchandising plans, planograms, promotional sets, and seasonal programs   Help oversee food preparation, packaging, stocking, display presentation and product quality in accordance with company standards.

  Help maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing service case, grab‑and‑go, and hot case displays   Assist with managing ordering, inventory, shrink, production logs, and waste reporting   Assist with building and managing schedules aligned with sales volume and labor targets   Help with training, coaching, and developing associates while promoting teamwork and accountability   Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, temperature controls, and regulatory requirements   We are looking for candidates who possess the following:   Soft skills:   Strong customer‑service mindset with a passion for food quality   Effective leadership, coaching, and communication skills   Strong organization, time management, and problem‑solving abilities   Ability to lead in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment   Competencies:   Food service operations, merchandising execution, and customer service leadership.  Labor planning, scheduling, and performance management   Inventory management, ordering, and shrink control   Food safety, sanitation, and compliance oversight   Knowledge:   Food safety standards, sanitation practices, and equipment operation   Merchandising, inventory management, and customer service best practices.  Store systems, ordering platforms, and basic computer applications   Abilities:   Ability to review sales, labor, and shrink data to support planning and prioritization   Ability to train, coach, and develop associates   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
