In this role, you will impact the reliability and operational excellence of our repair and overhaul maintenance operations, driving quality and safety standards while optimizing maintenance processes and team performance. Lead and perform maintenance tasks, both planned PM’s and unplanned repairs, on production equipment, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety regulations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to maintenance technicians to enhance team capabilities and performance.
Monitor maintenance activities and performance metrics, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing corrective actions. Provide recommendations to the Maintenance Supervisor to improve the performance of the maintenance team. YOU MUST HAVE Extensive experience in repair and overhaul maintenance with a strong understanding of maintenance processes and methodologies. Proven ability to lead and mentor maintenance teams, ensuring high-quality work and compliance with safety standards.
Proficiency with maintenance management systems and tools to track and optimize maintenance activities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Technical knowledge relevant to repair and overhaul operations, including familiarity with industry regulations and standards. WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. 6+ years of experience in repair and overhaul maintenance, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
