As a  Massage Therapist , you’re not just providing professional massages and body treatments – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience Deliver professional spa treatments: Perform massage and body treatments according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards Maintain a spotless environment: Ensure treatment spaces, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards Manage supplies and inventory: Monitor inventory of treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage Ensure accurate documentation: Complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations Support daily spa operations: Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality .
