Your role, your impact As an Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits Lead Consultant, you’ll take ownership of the design, configuration, and implementation of Benefits solutions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a seamless employee experience. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to interpret requirements, configure benefits plans, support data migrations, and lead the functional stream for Benefits projects.

Your work will have a direct impact on employee engagement, compliance, including Affordable Care Act (ACA) requirements, and overall HR operational efficiency. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful HCM transformations while working independently and collaborating with global teams. Your day-to-day Lead and deliver   at least 4 end-to-end  Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits implementations as a functional consultant; Review client requirements and configure Benefits solutions, including programs, plan types, plans, and options; Configure annual goal amount plans, derived factors, eligibility profiles, rates, coverages, life events, and related Benefits components; Manage end-to-end Benefits data loads using HDL and HSDL, and troubleshoot issues through root cause analysis and collaboration with business stakeholders; Configure self-service pages and rule-based personalizations aligned with business and design requirements; Collaborate with third-party vendors to support Benefits, Payroll, and Time Administration integrations; Support Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting and ensure compliance and accurate data generation; Develop and maintain complex Fast Formulas, including rate periodizations and suspension rules; Participate in testing activities, support post-go-live initiatives, and drive user adoption efforts; Manage multiple concurrent assignments independently while maintaining a high standard of quality and delivery.

Keys to your success Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, with a specialization in the Benefits module; Proven experience configuring eligibility rules, life events, rates, and complex Fast Formulas; Expertise in data conversion techniques using HDL and HSDL; Deep knowledge of Benefits processes, compliance requirements, and configuration best practices; Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot configuration and data issues effectively; Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with onshore teams and clients.

Extra edge Experience working with benefits-related vendors such as ADP, Kronos, Benefix, or Known2U; Prior experience in client-facing roles, conducting workshops, and supporting user training; Exposure to ACA compliance and reporting, and familiarity with other HCM modules such as Core HR or Payroll.
