Oracle Health is seeking an experienced Senior Federal Automation Integration Architect to provide technical leadership and expertise across complex Federal healthcare implementations, deployments, and special projects. As a senior-level contributor and recognized subject matter expert, the Automation Integration Architect will lead automation, integration, and testing activities across Oracle Health solutions.
This role partners closely with Oracle Health delivery teams and Federal clients to ensure integrated solutions are effectively designed, validated, automated, and deployed while meeting quality, schedule, and customer requirements. The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of integration architecture, test automation, solution validation, technical consulting, risk management, and client-facing leadership within complex healthcare technology environments.
Key Responsibilities Automation & Integration Architecture Provide technical leadership for automation and integration activities across Federal Oracle Health implementations and special projects. Design, develop, and support scalable automation approaches that improve testing efficiency, consistency, and solution quality. Evaluate integrated workflows and system interactions to ensure solutions operate effectively across applications, departments, and technology components.
Translate business, functional, and technical requirements into comprehensive integration and automation strategies. Identify opportunities to expand automation coverage, reduce manual testing, and improve repeatability across deployments. Apply architecture and integration expertise to identify upstream and downstream impacts across complex healthcare environments. Testing & Solution Validation Lead testing strategy and execution for site deployments, integrated workflows, and special projects.
Provide expertise in test scenario design, requirements analysis, interdepartmental workflow validation, automation, optimization, standards, and testing playbooks . Coordinate end-to-end and integration testing activities across Oracle Health and client teams. Ensure automated and manual testing approaches provide appropriate coverage of critical business and clinical workflows. Support defect identification, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
Develop and promote reusable testing assets, automation frameworks, standards, and leading practices. Technical & Engagement Leadership Serve as a senior technical advisor to Oracle Health project teams, Federal clients, and cross-functional stakeholders. Coordinate and lead automation, integration, and testing activities throughout the engagement lifecycle. Provide technical direction and guidance to consultants and project team members.
Monitor engagement progress and proactively identify technical risks, integration dependencies, testing gaps, and potential impacts to deployment. Develop and recommend mitigation strategies for complex integration and testing challenges. Ensure technical activities remain aligned with project scope, timelines, quality expectations, and client objectives. Risk, Quality & Change Management Provide oversight and risk mitigation for automation, integration, and testing activities.
Ensure appropriate change control processes are established and followed by Oracle Health and client teams. Evaluate proposed changes for potential impacts to integrations, automated testing, workflows, scope, and deployment readiness. Proactively identify and communicate risks, dependencies, defects, and readiness concerns. Promote consistent quality standards and technical practices across Federal engagements.
