As a Production Supervisor- Joining you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing various joining and sealing processes within the body and assembly manufacturing process. You will ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to corporate standards. You will directly supervise and lead a team of joining Inspectors. The primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: As a Production Supervisor, you are the vital link between strategic goals and daily execution. You'll be leading a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can do their best work and feel empowered. Safety First : Act as a champion of workplace safety, proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance Driving Operational Excellence : Lead and direct a team of employees that consistently makes high-quality products and meets or exceeds production targets.

You will take ownership of team performance, addressing shortcomings proactively and celebrating successes. Coordinate with the production team on containment activities or corrective actions for identified issues to minimize impact on production and quality. Strategic Focus & Problem Solving: Prioritize critical tasks and effectively allocate human resources to maximize efficiency. You will apply for a "Bias for Action," promptly and decisively addressing safety and quality issues to prevent larger problems.

This includes identifying and analyzing problems, developing and implementing effective solutions, making timely and well-informed decisions, and adapting to changing circumstances. Manage personnel resources and develop versatility within the joining operations team through training, scheduling, and performance management.
