Position Summary: The Administrative Fulfillment Representative is primarily responsible for fulfilling ancillary tasks relating to certification services and department leadership in an accurate and timely manner. Requirements Receive, sort, and process mail on a daily basis. Prepare and review applicable data and reports.
Maintain and review excel records and provide integrity checks of records. Processes documents, payments, and requests submitted in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy. Maintains accurate documentation of interactions and processing. Provides accurate, valid, and complete information to applicants and external vendors in a professional and pleasant manner. Assists in completing general office tasks and assigned projects.

Minimum of 1 year of administrative work experience. Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Employment Authorization: Candidates must have the ability to work unrestricted in the U.S. The BACB does not offer visa sponsorship of any kind. Successful completion of a background check is required after the offer of employment.
