Description Over your first 12-18 months, you will: · Learn consultative selling from experienced sales leaders · Participate in client meetings alongside senior Workplace Consultants · Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and referrals · Create and execute account strategies · Assist with proposals, presentations, and client recommendations · Build relationships with architects, commercial real estate brokers, and business leaders · Collaborate with Ohio Desk designers, project managers, and operations professionals · Develop expertise in workplace trends, employee experience, and the future of work Growing into a Workplace Consultant allows you to: · Develop and grow your own portfolio of clients · Lead customer relationships and workplace strategy discussions · Create solutions that help organizations attract, engage, and retain talent · Collaborate with designers, project managers, and industry partners to bring projects to life · Build a professional network throughout Northeast Ohio · Benefit directly from the business you help create through our compensation and incentive programs Requirements What We're Looking For: · Required bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, communications, or a related field · Internship in related field or part-time experience in a customer facing role preferred.
