Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences - Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to prospective buyers - Negotiate and close sales to achieve individual and team sales goals - Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotional offers - Follow up with potential customers to generate repeat and referral business - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Skills and Qualifications: - Motivated and self-driven with a strong desire to succeed - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous sales experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record - Positive attitude and professional appearance At All American Chevrolet Cadillac, we foster a culture of growth, teamwork, and success.
