Responsibilities of a Body Shop Service Administrator entail: Prepare repair orders by describing damage and causes discovered as well as repairs and services required. Enter repair orders into service database system. Collect data and prepare reports in an accurate and efficient manner. Maintain records by recording estimates, updates on work orders, problems, and corrective actions planned. Reach out to customers to keep them updated on progress, issues, and supplements.
Support the body shop department through administrative responsibilities. Document all relevant information on repairs. Perform all other duties as assigned.
