Compensation decisions are based upon the candidate level of skill, qualifications, geographical location and experience, and it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the posted pay range. Additionally, the position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation (such as cash bonus(es).  Job Overview: As an Ultrasound Applications Specialist (GI Ultrasound), you will serve as the clinical expert and trusted advisor for United Imaging's ultrasound portfolio, partnering with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional end-to-end clinical experience.

You will play a critical role in driving product adoption, optimizing clinical workflows, and ensuring customers realize the full value of their ultrasound investment throughout the product lifecycle.  As part of a rapidly growing ultrasound business, you'll have the opportunity to influence customer success, shape product adoption, and contribute directly to the evolution of next-generation ultrasound technologies.

Please apply only if you currently reside in the Dallas, TX area.  Key Responsibilities:   Customer Success & Clinical Excellence: Serve as the clinical expert and trusted advisor for United Imaging's ultrasound portfolio, delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience throughout the product lifecycle.

Drive clinical adoption, workflow optimization, and long-term utilization of ultrasound solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty. Assess customer education needs and deliver tailored clinical training that enables users to achieve optimal clinical and operational outcomes. Serve as the primary clinical resource for customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with internal teams.

Capture and communicate Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights to support continuous product improvement and enhanced customer experience. Sales & Commercial Support: Partner with Account Executives and Modality Managers to support territory growth through clinical expertise, product demonstrations, and strategic customer engagement. Provide pre-sales and post-sales clinical support to help achieve territory revenue, order, and market share objectives.
