Description Job Summary: Building the company brand of Anterior & Complex Case Specialist is always the primary consideration. A primary focus of this role is ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance of equipment and organization of the facility to maintain a safe and professional environment. Essential Job Functions: Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Gather and empty trash and recycling.
Service, clean, and supply restrooms. Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment. Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. Assist with equipment maintenance.
Preventative maintenance. Clean laboratory equipment, such as glassware and metal instruments, using solvents, brushes, rags, and power cleaning equipment. Changing filters & replacing light bulbs Notify manager concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding to prepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Effective oral and written communication skills. Creativity, Motivation and Drive. Must maintain professional decorum at all times. Multi-task oriented High school diploma or GED Familiarity with SDS Physical Requirements Frequent bending, stopping, kneeling, squatting, crouching, twisting, reaching, pushing and pulling. Ability to safely ascend and descend ladders, stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Salary Description $17.00 - $20.00/hr
