Why This Role Matters As a Design Professional in our Water/Wastewater Group with 0-3 years of experience you’ll play a key role in supporting the firm and shaping projects that make a difference—from concept through completion.
You’ll collaborate with talented teammates, contribute your expertise, and help us deliver thoughtful, high-quality solutions for those we serve. What You’ll Do Combination of design and fieldwork assignments as well as excellent career development opportunities Real-world experience on a variety of projects Mentorship by our experienced multi-disciplined design staff and project managers Application of engineering principles and training in engineering and design software Collaboration with design teams and clients Requirements You don’t need to check every box to succeed here.

Graduate of an accredited engineering school 0 to 3 years experience Internships/summer experience in general civil engineering or construction a plus Have passed or are scheduled/Scheduling to take the Fundamentals Of Engineering exam Interest in evaluation, study, and design of water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, and treatment systems Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite AutoCAD Civil 3D experience a plus Communicates effectively, written and orally Demonstrates an ability to be service oriented to existing and potential clients Reads and understands construction engineering plans and drawings, including sheet references and layering Works effectively with other Engineers on multi-discipline teams Manages time and workload effectively which includes planning, organization and prioritization with attention to detail Must be able to drive and have access to an automobile What will make you stand out Strong aptitude for learning engineering systems and workflows Early exposure to discipline-specific tools Attention to detail in calculations and documentation Willingness to support team and develop technical foundation Our Commitment to You Great work happens when you feel secure in your future, confident in your support, and trusted to grow.
