Why This Role Matters As a Design Professional - Architecture with 3+ years of experience you’ll play a key role in supporting the firm and shaping projects that make a difference—from concept through completion.
You’ll collaborate with talented teammates, contribute your expertise, and help us deliver thoughtful, high-quality solutions for those we serve. What You’ll Do Participate and contribute to design discussions, idea generation, collaboration, and design work in drawing, model and 3D image formats Production and coordination of design process and technical documents under the direction of a licensed design professional.
Creation of graphical images Design and detailing in Revit Attend project and client meetings with design professionals Interact with and be a representative of the company with clients and contractors as it relates to on-going projects Work under the direction of the Studio Leader this position performs a variety of duties associated with design expertise on a variety of project types, assisting in achieving desired client satisfaction, and business results.

Entry level position and applies to individuals with approximately 3 years of experience Completion of accredited professional degree program with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, or equivalent in appropriate education and experience Knowledge of design of architectural systems, construction documentation and associated technology A demonstrated aptitude for critical, creative thinking associated with complex problem solving and design.
A demonstrable understanding of architectural detailing, putting together construction documentation, life safety code, and accessibility requirements. Proven communication skills. Previous experience working as a member of an architectural or multi-discipline team, taking a project from design through construction. Some experience leading a small team is preferred. What will make you stand out Candidate should have a strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Sketch, and Enscape are beneficial but not required. Excellent communication skills.
