Description Reports to: Market President Position Summary Signing Bonus included The Director of Operations is responsible for the operational and administrative oversight of The Orthopedic Partners, a Rosenberg, Cooley, & Metcalf (RCM) Clinic, with locations in Park City, Cottonwood Heights & Heber. Primarily based on-site at the Park City Clinic location, this position coordinates office administration and clinical operations in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety across all locations.
The Director of Operations is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, and patient scheduling to ensure exceptional patient experience. Frequent travel between Park City, Cottonwood Heights & Heber locations will be required and includes oversight of an urgent care facility, physical therapy and pain management services, as well as supporting 12-15 physicians.
This position will work closely with corporate centralized support services, including Marketing, RCM, Finance & Human Resources. The practice supports a team of approximately 120 employees and partners closely with the Market President across strategic planning, financial performance, staffing, and day-to-day clinic operations, while working closely with physicians to achieve exceptional clinical and operational results.

Closely partner with key stakeholders to ensure organization needs are met with local ambulatory surgery centers. Accurately and efficiently use EMR, including running and analyzing reports. Ensure that staff deliver safe, high-quality patient care. Build and maintain collegial, results-driven partnerships with physicians, aligning operational priorities with clinical goals to support practice growth and quality outcomes.
Partner with the Market President and physicians to develop growth initiatives, and meet or exceed operational EBITDA goals, for clinic operations and ensuring that these align with goals of the larger organization. Partner with the Market President in the development of Clinic budgets and ensure that Clinic operations are maintained strictly within budgetary parameters. Maintain office services and efficiency by planning and implementing effective office systems and measuring against established targets and standards Partner with the Market President and HR in recruiting, retention and employee experience management activities Ensure office staff are fully trained and providing high quality and efficient healthcare administrative services.
Prepare and track core stakeholder metrics through reporting, analysis; and presenting information to the Market President that identifies trends and potential areas of opportunity and growth Ensure excellent quality, timeliness, and customer service throughout the entire patient experience Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all facets of process, policies and procedures Ensure consistency and continuity of services by on-boarding and training new clinical employees and support staff Management of general Clinic and Office supplies, including inventory and ordering Facilitate activities and communication that promotes and reinforces company culture across clinic locations Establishes and maintains effective, collegial relationships with patients, families, key stakeholders, facility and depart
