Opportunity Join The Ascendancy Group (TAG) in supporting medical readiness for a U.S. Naval Special Warfare mission. This full-time, on-site position supports the U.S. Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Fleet Integration Team (FIT) in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced medical-administration or readiness professional who values accurate records, patient coordination, privacy, compliance, and direct support to service members and medical staff. The role supports mission readiness, sustainment, administrative, and operational requirements in a high-accountability environment. *This position is contingent upon contract award.

Overview TAG is seeking a Dive Medical Administrative and Readiness Support Specialist to provide on-site medical-administration, readiness-tracking, patient-coordination, records-management, and clinic-support services to the U.S. Naval Special Warfare Fleet Integration Team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This position supports the command Medical Department and does not independently diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide clinical care outside the employee’s authorized training, certification, scope of practice, and Government direction.

Security Requirement: An active U.S. Government Secret security clearance is required before the start date and must be maintained throughout employment. Roles and Responsibilities: • Provide administrative and medical-readiness support to the command Medical Department, including in-garrison care tracking, operational readiness, medical documentation, administrative actions, and preparation for inspections, audits, compliance reviews, and readiness reporting.

• Maintain accurate and authorized departmental logs, trackers, and reports, including muster, sick-call, immunization, HIV screening, physical-exam, OTC medication, binnacle, injury, medical/dental readiness, and other clinic records. • Schedule appointments, support patient check-in, coordinate referrals and claims-related actions, and organize treatment notes, laboratory results, radiology reports, and other medical documentation in accordance with clinic procedures.

• Support routine medical-readiness requirements and events, including vaccinations, audiograms, laboratory testing, vision screening, EKGs, deployment health assessments, specialty physicals, preventive medicine, occupational health, and emergency-medical-service documentation. • Maintain and update information in MHS GENESIS, MRRS, and other Government-approved medical readiness or clinical systems; assist service members with completion, routing, and tracking of Electronic Deployment Health Assessments.

• Prepare accurate correspondence, reports, and administrative products while safeguarding all PII and PHI in accordance with HIPAA, DoD privacy requirements, medical-records procedures, and command instructions. Requirements: • U.S. citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance required before start date. • Minimum five years of directly relevant medical administration, clinic operations, medical readiness, patient administration, medical records, or healthcare-support experience.

• Possess one of the following: AHIMA credential; graduation from a CAAHEP- or ABHES-accredited Medical Assistant program; or comparable documented military, federal, or civilian medical-administration experience consistent with the contract requirement. • Practical knowledge of medical terminology, clinic workflow, patient scheduling, referral coordination, records accountability, health-information processing, and computerized data entry.

• Experience with MHS GENESIS, MRRS, CHCS, AHLTA, or comparable medical-readiness/clinical-information systems; MHS GENESIS and MRRS experience preferred. • Ability to complete and maintain required
