Why You'll Love Working Here Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) No evenings, weekends, or major holidays Starting pay of $17.00-$20.00/hour based on experience 14 days Paid Time Off Up to 5 Wellness Days each year for appointments, sick days, etc. 13 Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Employer-paid Life and Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program 403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Match What You'll Do As a Medical Assistant, you'll work closely with our providers to deliver exceptional primary care while helping patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for.

Responsibilities include: Rooming patients and preparing them for their scheduled visits Obtaining and documenting medical histories, current medications, and vital signs Assisting providers with patient examinations and minor in-office procedures Collecting specimens and performing routine screenings and clinical tests Accurately documenting patient care and clinical information in Athena EMR (Electronic Medical Records system) Supporting efficient patient flow throughout the clinic Communicating professionally with patients, families, providers, and other members of the care team Requirements High school diploma or GED required Medical Assistant Certification preferred but not required Excellent communication and customer service skills A team player who enjoys helping others Experience in a medical office is helpful, but we encourage motivated candidates from healthcare or customer service backgrounds to apply If you're looking for a rewarding career where your work truly impacts your community, we'd love to hear from you.
