We power the world's largest fleets more efficiently and sustainably through our direct operations and world-class partners.

Our BoosterOS platform eliminates the usual manual frictions between order and cash, thereby enabling energy delivery to support more businesses at lower costs. Today, we deliver conventional and renewable fuels directly to fleet vehicles nationwide, reducing costs and lowering carbon emissions—while paving the way for future clean alternatives. As demand for sustainable energy outpaces infrastructure, Booster provides the critical tech-driven, modular solution, helping customers seamlessly transition to better solutions for their operations, their communities, and our planet.

We lead by our values and hold ourselves – and each other — accountable to them. Our values guide how we interact, the choices we make, and the decisions we take—ultimately driving our long-term success as a business. Safety as our daily guiding principle, Customer at the heart of all our actions, Integrity in doing the right thing even when no one is looking, Excellence in never settling and always raising the bar Boldness in being brave and creating the future, and Stewardship in supporting the planet and everyone on it—we support our communities, our customers, and our people while driving play, purpose, and potential every day.

About the Role Booster is embarking on a new service line, one that aims to completely reinvent the gas station experience for consumers. Based on Booster’s beloved “uber for gas” consumer experience from the pre-pandemic era, this new service line has the opportunity to scale globally and delight billions. We are looking for a highly execution-oriented leader to be the single-threaded owner of this program launch - the person who serves as the “glue” across functions and drives the daily, weekly, and monthly operating rhythm necessary to ship quality, and fast.

The right leader is capable of building from 0 to 1, building processes in uncertain environments, with a lean operations mindset and business acumen. Ultimately, this person will be measured not by how well they manage a project plan, but by whether Booster successfully launches, learns, standardizes, and scales Pit Stop and Campus into the next chapter of the company.
