Guest Café Baker Position

Description SUMMARY This is a guest position in our Cafeteria. You will be called upon to cover our permanent baker position when someone is sick or on vacation. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Mixing and baking of dessert items (cookies, brownies, bars, scones, and muffins, etc) Production of bread items (bagels, croissants, etc) Order, receive, date, rotate, and store baking items, adhering to all Health Department guidelines.

Assist in production, baking, heating, cooking, frying, and packaging of hot and cold menu items. Keep food items at the correct temperature, adhering to Health Department guidelines.
