Guest Services Indoor Attendant

Description IMPORTANT: We are now accepting applications; however, you will not hear back until hiring starts: Accepting Applications: Now Begin Hiring: October-December Winter Season: December-April SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE Working under supervision; this position requires excellent guest service, effective communication with guests & fellow employees and instrumental involvement within ticket sales, guest service, rental department, general housekeeping and an overall commitment to working as a team within our recreation facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the first point of contact for guests, offering information and assistance. Address questions, concerns, and manage lost and found items. Create a welcoming and informative atmosphere for all visitors. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. Handle guest issues with empathy and efficiency. Maintain a thorough understanding of resort facilities, services, and events.

Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for customer service and hospitality. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A friendly, outgoing personality, capable of making guests feel at ease. Must be available to work during the specified hours, including weekends and holidays. PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS Must be able to be on your feet, lifting, bending and stooping for extended periods of time.
