We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented housekeeper to join our team at Mountain Valley of Cascadia in Kellogg, Idaho. As a housekeeper, you’ll play an important role in the daily lives of our residents by helping maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout our facility.

When you join our team, you can expect: Meaningful work that directly impacts resident comfort and quality of life A supportive and collaborative team environment Consistent scheduling Benefits for eligible employees, including medical, dental, and vision Paid time off 401(k) opportunities Tuition reimbursement for continuing education The opportunity to grow and build a career with our team What You’ll Do Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, offices, restrooms, and other facility spaces Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation standards Safely use, store, and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Handle linens and waste according to facility procedures Identify and promptly report maintenance, safety, or environmental concerns Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility Work collaboratively with residents, families, and fellow team members Help create an environment where residents feel comfortable, respected, and at home What We’re Looking For Previous housekeeping or healthcare experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate Dependable, responsible, and committed to doing quality work Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Good time-management and organizational skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift as required for the position A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Respect and compassion for the residents we serve Ready to Make a Difference?
