The Role Remote Position – Travel Required You’ve spent years working in or with an independent insurance agency. You know the workflows, the systems, the challenges, the chaos, and the moments when things finally click.

Core Responsibilities As a Consultant / Trainer, you serve as a trusted advisor to independent insurance agencies.
This is not a call-center role, a quota-only sales job, or a one-size-fits-all training position. Partner with agency owners and teams to improve operations, workflows, and performance Guide teams in using modern agency management systems and technology in practical, right-sized ways Support agencies in developing and empowering their people Improve the customer experience for agency clients by streamlining workflows, reducing friction, and creating consistent service experiences across the agency. Deliver consulting, training, and advisory services tailored to each agency’s size and stage Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust and real results Collaborate with our Accounting, CSR, and Advisory teams to deliver holistic solutions Success in this role looks like Success in this role means serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to insurance agencies.
