Description Classification: Full-time, exempt, salaried, in-person position, some weekends and evenings (rotation/as needed) Compensation: 82,680-93,280 annually, depending on qualifications About MISSSEY MISSSEY works to prevent girls and gender-expansive youth from entering circumstances of sexual exploitation and violence. We also support young people who are experiencing exploitation to exit and partner with them to prevent re-entry into sexually exploitative circumstances.

Position Summary: This is an opportunity for a highly skilled manager to support and develop MISSSEY’s Integrated Services teams serving Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. Under the supervision of the Programs Director, the Integrated Services Manager (ISM) will provide leadership and supervision to the Integrated Services staff and oversee the delivery of comprehensive, strengths-based transformation coaching and case management services for youth impacted by commercial sexual exploitation.

Working collaboratively with program leadership, the ISM provides coaching, guidance and direction for MISSSEY’s Direct Services Department, with a focus on strengthening staff performance, promoting effective and consistent service delivery  and ensuring services are provided consistently and in alignment with MISSSEY’s mission, values, and approach. As a member of program leadership, the ISM models accountability, collaboration, and sound judgment while fostering an environment in which staff are developed and equipped to provide high-quality, transformational services to youth.

The ideal candidate for this position would: Be highly skilled in, and committed to, youth development, with experience of supporting Black girls and other youth of color impacted by commercial sexual exploitation, trafficking, homelessness, gender-based violence, and abuse. Deeply invested in the healing, development and thriving of black women and girls and committed to continually learning and strengthening their practice.

Have solid experience working with youth of color that have experienced homelessness, gender violence, trafficking and abuse. Be a strong, reflective leader with demonstrated experience supervising, coaching, motivating and developing staff while fostering a healing-centered collaborative, accountable and high-performing team culture l Passionate about supporting women, girls, and gender-expansive youth.

Highly skilled in youth development with the ability to address the bio-psychosocial, emotional, educational, vocational, and functional needs of young people. Be skilled in developing community partnerships and connecting youth and staff to resources that strengthen services and support young people to thrive.  Demonstrate strong judgement, organization, communication and relationship building skills with the ability to provide clear direction while maintaining a culture rooted in care, partnership and accountability.  Be aligned
